low mileage loaded W8 Value

I have been offered an 02 W8 manual saloon as a trade in at work. It's silver black leather and it's seems to have every option except recaros ie electric seats, solar roof, sat nav/tv, cruise, mfsw,sports suspension privacy glass and rear blind. It's only done 44K and has had 2 owners with full vw history.

What's this motor worth and will it be easy to sell or are w8 s hard work.
