Alarm B5

Hello ross

i am having problems with my alarm , it has not worked since i had the car , it flashes but no sounds

i have jut found the siren in the boot , and tried to activate it using the instructions and the little key you get , but nothing at all happens??

what do i do next to get the siren working? ....i see its fitted on with two bolts , do i need to take it out and replace something or is it knackered?
