Hi

Wonder if anyone could help me. Looking for a high up contact name and address for someone in VAG UK who I can write to about the bunch of to**ers at my local VW garage and their total incompetance.

They are basically stopping me from collecting my vehicle now after some warranty work becuase they are argueing who is going to pay for it (sales or bodyshop) and wont release it.

I am not happy as I am sure you can understand
