wheels and decisions?

its a hard life
i hate making decisions about wheels ! .....
help me someone ...im looking at either 17s slammed or 18s in the arches and lowered sensibly....
17s are merc polished , and 18s are abt like colb had , will be edges polished.....
cant decide what to do , as like the look of the oem abt, and with some dish , but merc rims are different, and being polished would sit the audi , but not used to small 17s !! (last one on 19s) ......but have advantages of smoother ride with 17s and cheaper tyres
