Which 2 Stroke ?

I've been using the Japanese low ash spec JASO FB , which I believe is a mineral oil.

Comma's green 2 Stroke , red Asda and Carlube are all JASO FB .

JASO FC and FD are higher specs definitely containing more detergents/dispersants but these tend to be semi or fully synthetics which some say doesn't dissolve/bond with the diesel fuel .

FB is more cost effective and tends to be the more readily available but some say FC and FD are better .

I'm hoping for a bit more science rather than Internet hearsay .
