O/S mirror not unfolding

65 plate BMT estate.
The o/s wing mirror has stopped unfolding when I unlock my car. I can remedy it by folding in the n/s mirror (selecting all mirrors in) then turning them both out, but it does take some time. Any ideas on what's stopping it unfolding as soon as I click the key fob?
