Will Tiguan Wheels fit my B8 Estate GT?

Hello,
I am thinking of buying a spare set of alloys and fitting winter tyres. My car is a 2017 148 hp 2.0 TDi GT.
My current wheels are 18" 8Jx18H2ET44 (3G0601025K) 5 x 112.
The wheels I am considering are off a 2011 Tiguan and are 17" 7Jx17H2ET43 (5N0601025M) 5 x 112.
The question is will they fit?
I am fairly sure that one of the factory options for wheel size for my car was 7Jx17 ET40, so these Tiguan wheels are the same except for a difference of 3mm in the offset. Will this be an issue?
I don't think I will have any issue getting tyres to give me almost exactly the same circumference.
