Problems with infotainment

Hi all,
I’ve got an intermittent problem with my infotainment system ever since lockdown meant the car only got driven once a week for a few months.
It displays and works 100% perfectly sometimes and others it is garbled with pictures and text missing on the screen - though it still plays music and the buttons flick between Media, Nav etc as well. So it appears to work (as much as you can make it without being able to use the screen).
It’s a composition media player, I took a video but I’m not allowed to upload .mov here...
