Terraclean? Carbon clean?

Hi all.
I'm about to fetch a 2015 passat GT Estate. 2ltr 150bhp manual.
And I can't wait. I had a passat sport previously (I have a seat leon untill tomorrow) and I loved it.
Anyway. It's done 60k and I want in running perfect before I take it for a remap.
Will a Terraclean do the job or any other suggestions please?
Also, a cheeky second question. Can I upgraded the mirrorlink system in there to the apple carplay?
Any other advice welcome.
