2016 B8 aerial oddity plus outside temp sensor.

Hello folks,

After 4.5 years with my 2011 B7 I decided it was time to trade up and lucked out with a 2016 B8 190GT SCR DSG, those LED headlamps don't half light up the Fens!

I know it's up to the garage I bought it from to sort this but it should be easy - the radio doesn't work in any mode which makes me think the bee sting at the back of the car has been disconnected. How difficult is it to get to the back of the media unit to check connections etc?

Also the outside temperature gauge is wrong, and since the time was out by over an hour I know this car was off the road while the clocks changed last month, is it easy to recalibrate the temperature sensor?
