R Line or GT TDI? Ad blue and DSG?

I am planning on hunting down a Passat 190 diesel in Atlantic blue.

I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were as to which spec to get. I am liking the RLINE, but are they worth the extra dollar?

Is the DSG worth it, or should I get the manual?

Also, howuch of a pain is the ad blue aspect? I have never had a car with it prior to this.
