A pillar removal

Has anyone removed the a pillar trim on a 2018 passat?
I want to run the cable for my dashcam, but all the guides I can find tell you to remove a samll plasitc aibag tag and undo a screw.
My GT hasnt got the aribag tag. On my Leon it was just a matter of pullng upwards and it unclipped, but I am a bit reluctant to just start hauling on the trim incase I start breaking clips.
