Any guides to removing the front bumper?

I hit a pheasant the other day and cracked the lower front grille (the bit below the number plate).
From previous experience of my wife’s Seat, I know these are released from behind the bumper so the bumper needs to come off.
Any guides of video guides that anybody has will be most appreciated.
My wife’s Seat was a ball ache but that didn’t have ACC, front assist and front parking sensors so I know this will be worse....
