Rust on 2015 B8 estate boot lid

I have a 2015 GT estate in silver, which I bought in Dec 2015, with 4,000 miles on the clock. It now has 60,000 mostly motorway miles and last week I spotted some rust around the boot lid. Please see attached photo.
It's out of its 3 year warranty, which expired in April, but I cannot believe this is normal or acceptable for a 3 year old car which has been well looked after.
Yesterday, when driving around my local town, I spotted another 2015 B8 estate in white and stopped to have a look, as it appeared to have the exact same issue. Again, please see photo.
Before I go to the dealer, can anyone let me know if they have had similar issues with a 2015 B8, or newer? Is this acceptable?
