Any idea how to open or get out the the ashtray cover? It is stuck open / slid right the way back. There was some paper receipts in there and some had worked their way back - you could hear them when opening and closing the cover but its now stuck.
The metal piece inside the bottom bucket bit of the seat no longer has padding on it. You can feel it through the leather. This is on the passenger side and I never noticed it. Mother in law who is as round as she is tall dragged her bum across it to get out of the car and I think she has either destroyed the padding or pulled it off internally.
Apart from feeling uncomfortable its going to get damaged further so I want to get it fixed asap
