Long Term, Since Start and Since Refueling Resets daily

Hi all, I have recently got a B8 Estate 2015 2.0 GT and each morning I start the care and the Long Term, Since Start and Since Refueling sections are reset. I am using the same key and same profile but to no avail. The unit is the Discover Media unit and was wondering if this is a known issue with this unit?
