Premium LED headlights and Dynamic Lights Assist

Hi,
I’m in the process of speccing a new car and have a couple of questions regarding Dynamic Light Assist.
1 If you take the car to Europe does the Dynamic part still work or do the headlights have a European setting where they are just fixed so as not to dazzle other drivers.
2 if you have Dynamic Light Assist, are the indicators ‘Dynamic’ like the Golf GTI’s?
