Headlights too high? (Halogens)

Hello all.
I have a 2016 B8 estate GT. I have noticed that I am getting 'flashed' quite regularly especially on dark country roads or near empty motorways.
I have adjusted the knob near the headlights switch but it was already on the low position.
Do you find your Passat lights up a bit too high towards the right or is it just mine?
