2.0 TDI 150KM burns quite lot of oil

Hi
I have B8 with 2.0 TDI 150KM engine since January this year. I have bought it brand new.
Is this normal that this engine burns 1l of oil for every 6500 miles? I have done so far a bit over 19 thousands miles and I have had to add 3l of oil already
I had many different cars before but first time I have a car that takes sooo much oil. I'm dissapointed.
Should I go to war with a dealer to get it sorted or it is "normal"
