contacted VW UK on 7th Dec about not being able to log on to car net with the code I got and registered for on line they asked to send a pic of what it said on screen so I sent that and 3 weeks later they asked for the picture again as they had lost it .Its now more than a month and still no contact, I don't think they know whats wrong and I don't think much to customer service .The 2 day call back is none existent. Any one else have these problems ? I am wondering if carnet is worth the trouble.
