Where is the pollen filter?

My windscreen takes an age to demist in the morning and sometimes even mists up whilst driving.

Air con is always on and the setting is never in recirc mode. It's an SE Business so doesn't have climate control.

My thoughts are that the pollen filter is wet and blocked and needs changing. They are so cheap it's worth doing nayway. Can somebody tell me where it is located please?

(Car has done 65k so it the dealer didn't change it when they should, it could be quite mucky by now).
