MY15 or MY16

Sorry to sound thick but how do I tell if my new GT is MY15 or My 16?
I have a couple of other things that someone on here may be able to help me with.

1. When using the Discover Media screen to control the climate system. The rear temperature control seems to be a bit random as to if it shows up or not. Has anyone else experienced this or is there something that I am missing?

2. On the Discovery Media system the App connect feature invites you to obtain an activation code from the dealer, however when I called the dealer they said the feature could only be specified at the factory. It seems strange that the massage suggests that an upgrade is possible.

3. In the Car menu I have a set of performance gauges. Engine Power kW, Turbo Pressure bar and g force. In addition I also have a lap timing stopwatch function. Can't believe nobody else has mentioned these.
