Can phones be removed from the infotainment list?

Can phones be removed from the infotainment list?
Just curious. My 2015 business has quite a few phones shown when I scroll about. Phones from the service guy who collected the car , my old phones etc etc. I cant see a way to delete them. I understand it doesnt matter really as they obviously wont connect again but am just curious as I thought I would tidy up all these phones that have got there over the last 5 or 6 years
