meguiars any good???

Post by ChrisR »

well i've never been one for really cleaning/detailing (or whatever you want to call it).

but seeing as i'm not aiming for track days and going silly quick anymore i thought i might tart up my B5 so it at least looks presentable and possible to take to shows etc.

the meguiars stuff seems nice and easy to get hold of (local halfords stock it).

anyway... main question... been lookin at the 3stage kit (paint cleaner, polish and caranuba wax). are they any good?

also is it worth first claying the car as i know it needs some work to bring back to what i'd be happy with (plus once i have some more money it'll be getting some paintwork done anyway).

sorry for all the waffle lol

Cheers
Chris
