car gonna sit for up to 4 months-tips please

got a new job 500 miles away, car might sit for a few months before I get home, storage is not an option so, I'd like to polish her with products that'll last a while, any advice on polishing and/or what to do when a car sits for a good while untouched would be greatly appreciated?
