engine shake pd105

good evening.
my pd105 BKC is shaking at idle, used to just hiccup at idle now and then but now is constantly. no lights on the dash, scanned it with vcds, nothing come up.starts fine hot or cold, it deosnt smoke, engine mounts are fine, boost is a little bit low but i used to this undepowered pd engine. also had genuine EGR fitted 6 months ago. regulary serviced with genuine parts, so i look after it. where do i start guys? logging some channels on vcds? injectors looked solid when i plugged my vcds in with engine shaking, maf was above 450? im suspecting maf or dmf...
any advice please
