Radio change

Hi guys I have a 2002 a4 audi. I have the concert radio which is the earlier tape player one with a CD changer in the glove box. I want to fit my pioneer unit as it's hands free. What adapter cables will I need. As far as I know I have a sub in the rear parcel shelf and I guess it's got an amp too. I don't want to loose the quality of the sound. I have read that when changing the head unit I will only have front speakers working and not the rear. I want all my speaker to work as well as the sub. Any ideas?
