golf pd 130 wont start

h hi have a golf gttdi pd130 have recentlly replaced the engine now i cant get the car to start everything appears fine but no fault codes fuel injector harness is good have resistance across the 4 injectors but just wont start if i spray a touch of easy start in the inlet it fires up straight away im a bit lost on this now
