On the look out for a Caddy 2k. Advice needed.

Maybe one of you Passat lovers knows about the Caddy too..? Thinking of changing my 2003 VW Passat 130bhp Sport estate for a Caddy 2K. I'm a decorator so the Passat isn't 100% ideal..

I'm not too hot on what the Caddys come with as standard but here is a list of what I'd like, specification-wise:
Up to 100k miles with full history.
C20 104 TDI engine.
Near side sliding door only.
Air conditioning.
CD player.
Electric windows & remote central locking.

What would I be looking at price-wise for the basic van?
What common faults should I be looking for when I go & look at some? Any particular areas that are common for corrosion? Etc etc.
