I know this is a VW forum, but I have an issue with my Audi A4 which I believe is the 'B5' platform, and shares some components with the VW Passat of the same era. It is a 1997 Audi A4 saloon 1.8.
I have only just bought it, and the drivers door is stuck shut. It wont open from inside or out.
To get in the car I have to use the key in the passenger door. This then starts the central locking pump thing whirring (for a long time) but it only unlocks that passenger door, not any of the others.
Is this one issue, or two seperate issues? My main concern is getting the drivers door open. Any advice?
