My mates brother owns an Audi TT 99/00. His instrument cluster packed up and he sent it away to have it repaired. Subsequently it got lost in transit
He then purchased a used one from a popular auction site and fitted it. Unsurprisingly the car had immobilised as I understand the immo is part of the cluster? He didn't scan and save notes of the settings or pin code from the old unit. If this is the case, is the used unit uncodeable? As far as I know he doesn't have the pin code for the used unit either. Any advice is appreciated
