Still missing my Be6ix but thats life
I bought me on Christmas eve an Caddy 9k ( thought it was good to by a started project, but ended hating it)
Bought the Van as it already had the Seat Cupra front end swap, Rear ale flipped and the black dash out of the cordoba.
Did not think about the engine all i was interested in was a TDI.
Now i realised that the previous owner has not only swapped the ALH engine as damged to an AHU but also all wiring and ECU. Unfortunately that guy had not much skill and i was fighting for the first 2 weeks with his cable tie repair tick.
I bought some 7,5 and 9J 16inch Brock B1
have sound proffed the rear with flashing tape from wickes and some 12mm felt i had over from my Be6ix.
I just bought some Polo rear seats and some rare rear Caddy Kombi side panels for the rear seat conversion.
already started to throw all out i dont needed and fitted the lower seat.
Plans for now, finish the rear seat bits, Ply and carpet the rear.
Get some Cupra interior to fit and paint match the rest bits inside.
Outside, some colour at the moment satin Sky Blue or Army Green
Engine: ,216 Injectors and a remap whcih should be fine for now.
