Re: vw centre caps
If you do go with fitting the correct sized VW badges on the Aero centres, remember to remove the "rings" first and to drill a hole through the new badges after you bond them on - you will need this hole to fit the hook through to remove these centres. I left the rings on..... i just &quo...

Hi, cant remember the diameter if the badge, but i know the edge of vw disc came just inside the chrome circle of the audi wheel center part. I got the wv emblems off ebay, they were about 5-10 pounds for all 4 inc postage. They were a plastic coated aluminum design, looked very nice when on the whee...

Re: Mud Flaps?
As you can see, mine's a sport, It's ok with up to 3 in but 4 or heavy load in back & the flaps catch on bumpy roads ( B roads). When i go camping i use my spring assisters, this keeps the car level & the flaps dont touch on all but the biggest bumps. Hope this helps

Re: Mud Flaps?
I fitted them to my estate, they greatly reduce the amount of road spray that is sucked onto the rear window, i know those of you that have saloons dont have this problem when it's wet, as the air flow keeps the rear window clean. I also put spring assisters on to mine when i'm fully laden to stop t...

When checking thw wiring loom , you will have to un wrap the black fabric tape to see if there's any damage, on mine the wire just fell apart & there was loads of green corosion where the break in the wire was ! Good luck ;)
