I would not be happy with those injector readings except for number 2 which has now faulted. As mentioned before there are a number of things that can be checked before condemning the injectors. Valve timing and fuelling (other Measuring Blocks) can be viewed using VagCom/ VCDS plus state of the DPF...

You need to see live data from measuring block 018 (VagCom/VCDS diagnostics recommended). The injection quantity readings will also give you an indication of the general health of each injector and highlight those where more fuelling change is necessary to balance the smoothness of the idle. +/- 0.5...
