So with the world the lockdown , ebay and bits to do ... had some spare front chrome lower entry sill plates lockwood so fitted them chrome surround vents are in cleaned/clayed/polished/waxed/sealed and protected ! looks a million times better now ! fitted some rear side lower skirts got some blue c...

Cheers. Yeah me too. The shape still looks good now after 10 years...

Ramair filter

Etc

So , sold my VRS Octavia 275bhp 2008 ......lots of power , lots of fun ....but alas yet again not like a passat ! The search begun....ebay ...facebook...gumtree...autotrader.....lots sold , and then the last few that were on the hpi list and never even mentioned in the adverts .......then one on eba...

went down to Harpenden on the train , collected then drove back

Yes ....Had that nearly 2 year twitch ....I could of spent another 2k on the vrs within a heart beat but it was already heavily modded and 275bhp so thought I really needed to move on ....and of course as I always do let somone else enjoy it haha .......so a guy saw it on ebay , came up from London ...

So its been fun ......but for some reason you really can get carried away a lot more searching for power and mods on certain cars !lol ....275bhp was fine for me . I nearly made it to 300bhp.......but a change was due and my car not surprisingly sold in super quick time ..... The hunt is on ! .........

Wheels if 18s are usually 225/40/18 or can go 235/40/18 poss but some go thinner depending how low they are , and some wider or taller for more comfort....

Hello , Looking around at the current prices of the b7 , it wont be for a few months yet as want to get my vrs knocking on the door of 300bhp first and then will probably sell lol as I do ..... Im looking at the 2.0 tdi se estate b7 - 60 reg onwards 2010/11/12 around 4.5k to 5.5k nothing more than 9...
