Replace all door lock mechanism, not that pricey and at least it will definitely work. Of course you never know for how long time.

What condition are your caliper carriers? If they have worn out badly where brake pads are sitting on them, they will rattle. Another question, how much heat silicon pipe can carry? Won't be surprised if they melt after some aggressive braking.

As told above, floor pan is totally different, so it's a lot of welding involved. Another thing- rear subframe is getting hard to find.

Change air filter, bad air filter will reduce air quantity getting in cylinders, and less air means more smoke.
