Re: Non starter
Just check the resistance on pins 4+5 back to earth to see if there ok
If there ok and no fault codes
Did he output test the fuel pump relay?
This is sounding like an ecu fault but you need to check the output tests very Important !

Re: Non starter
Pin 85 which if I recall is the fuel pump relay earth this is an earth from the ecu
The ecu earths are on pins 4+5 of the main ecu wiring plug
Any fault codes?
Comms with ecu?
Output test?
If you can talk with the ecu ?
What happens in the output tests to run the fuel pump?

Re: Cam shaft replacement - hydraulic lifters

Consequently it is essential to run the engine at a fast idle (above 2000 rpm) to ensure adequate lubrication of the camshaft and followers. This ...

Re: Cam shaft replacement - hydraulic lifters
You should always build oil pressure before when fitting a new cam or lifters Disconnect head inj loom and crank to build pressure make sure you have covered the cam in cam lube as well Last one I fitted as a steel billet cam and had to be broken in for 30 min at 1500-2500 rpm Then I always say chan...

Just an update I now have a 4.7 -5.0 mg/str I replaced the centre exhaust box as I felt it was restricted during testing Reset the torsion angle to 0.0 and run 2 stroke for a few tanks of fuel now mpg has gone up to 43 round town average will keep running 2 stroke to see if it improves or levels off
