Not sure that is your problem and been away from passats for some time so out of touch but will follow this.

If it is doing something ie the light coming on then the module sounds ok.
Guess here but check all plug connectors for corrosion that is all i can think of.
Somebody else might have the answer but been away from the forum over the crimbo time.

Is it not the door module/lock failed.
That's the only thing i can think of.
Does anything show up on a code scan.

I have the refillable dose bottle and some 200 ml bottles for the T2.
When i fill up (never from empty) top up more like i add the 200ml of T2 and about 15/20 ml 2-EHN.
This it to around 25/30ltr of diesel but i don't do it every fill anymore.
Don't think there is a recommended dose.

Was free for life some years ago and if you got it back then it's still free. If you got it in the last 5 years then it is a yearly subscription. If like me you have an iPhone then you have to stop the annual payment in your settings. I fell for it 4 years ago but i think the notification is sent ou...

Are you saying the "tin whiskers" is caused by lead free solder or the other way round.
I use a lot of solder in my radio hobby and hate the lead free stuff but i buy the cheepo silver line stuff it is still 60/40 and works.

You should see better MPG after a short time.
Takes a few hundred miles to start with but keep an eye.

Been doing the same as Gaz for years as only Tesco or morrisons round here.
I get the 5ltr can it lasts me for a year or more.
Be warned it stinks don't spill it lol.

4 speed manual i think mine was it's a long time ago but i do remember the overdrive switch.
Proper Volvo and not a mix of ford and peugeot like today's.

The one i had there was a switch on the gearstick for overdrive.
