Re: some legal advice needed!

Why would there be petrol in the diesel nozzle?

Who actually filled the car up?

You'll struggle to loose the arch gap with those size tyres.

Re: blacksmoke remap

You can get 180bhp from a generic map, the turbo will be fine, as for the clutch, it's not the power that Kills it but the torque. Stick a decat, fmic and custom map and you'll see 180-190bhp. But clutch is on its limits at 300lb.ft so will want uprating if you want to utilise all 300lb.ft. Don't fo...

Meant to say less ballon tyres out back, which will be hard due to 10j

Does look good for 17's tho

Re: passat 5.5estate 'dirty diesel'

Nearly pulled the 17's off, loose the arch gap up front to level it out or get less balloon like tyres up front

What's your measurement from lower subframe mounts to floor?

Re: pd 130 turbo upgrade

Does the 6 speed box use the same clutch as the Ibiza/ Fabia 130's as in them anything near 300 lb.ft would slip.

As Karl said standard turbo is good for 180bhp the injectors max out at 220-230bhp

I'm in a Touran 170 now, with a dpf delete and remap its supposedly 215bhp and 350lb.ft.

Re: Alloy wheels

I'd search about for pics of small wide. 15's or 16's on passats on here To put it blunt they look rubbish, your left with massive arch gap due to running stretch and you hit the floor before running out of arch space, you end up with massive balloon tyres and generally looks poo. Lowered 40mm on 16...

Try slowing down, at 80mph you'll be using 20% more fuel than at 60mph.

Re: Karls OE PLUS TDI Wagon

Take your spare wheel out, jack, rear seats that will save nearly 50kg and have quarter tank of v power diesel too. Oh and go toilet too!!! When you compare it to hot hatches and the like, a sub 15 sec quarter is pretty darn quick, means your hitting 60mph in under 7 secs to pretty much. Out of inte...

What's the weight of it?

I reckon with a decent 60ft time and a short shift to second should see under 15.5 at 95ish mph

I was expecting the stupid pull up handbreak.

But this is just a button, which is even worse, not feeling an electric handbrake tbh...

Remap will be booked in asap, if a can find a decent ford tuner, need to find out if its got a dpf too.

Re: 3 car seat's in a b5.5?

I've got two graco boosters with backs in mine and a maxi cost Cabrio

And it is a royal pain in the bum. Every trip is a night mare. Trying to put the belts in blind. Pushing and shoving the seats about, it really easy so annoying.

So I've bought an S-max instead!

There is a huge difference running balloon 205/55's and the stretched sizes needed to run wide wheels.

Do a search wide 16's have been tried many a time and hasn't been pulled off yet
