You'll continue to get the error message because 90% of the time the coolant level sensor is plastered in oily water. Sadly the only way to fully flush is to do it about 1.45 million times :( I've got a new header tank to fit this weekend (the level sensor is part of the tank) and a few more coolant...

Check the oil cooler before stripping anything down, they tend to go ;)
