their is some companies that specialise in bumper repairs. I have done a few myself and I always started off by drilling a small hole at end of the crack to stop it spreading or returning. Then on the inside use a plastic soldering iron to place a layer of plastic solder to join both parts together....

The pressure plate will be changed its part of a clutch kit. Make sure you get a good one as it is the pressure plates that break and destroy the gearboxes. There is a thread in here about that one

Probably emissions as air from Servo is unmeteted and may weaken mixtures. If engine is a turbo they don't always do vacuums as well.

If you have the ABS system it sometimes warns after long run and tyre pressures have increased.
