the letter B refers to it being VW's midsize car paltform, so the Golf, Jetta, Audi A3 etc are on the A platform (compact car), the Audi A6 is on the C platform, and the Pheaton, Audi A8 etc are on the D platform. esso garage at top of my road is still 99.9 for unleaded so could be worse . . . still a rip off though. Put £30 worth in the GT last week and it didnt even go past 1/2 way on the guage :(

shaved wiper does look good but its quite a useful thing ;)

especially in winter, with the amount of poo that gets sucked onto the rear screen on a wagon!

got the seat base off (cover and foam) and given it a clean, came up nice actually so would be fine to fit.

i now have a spare passat GT badge- I have painted the lettering silvery grey (but masked off the little space between passat and GT)

would be easy to spray it black again though. Its in one peice and all the lugs are on the back.

by the way what pattern is your fabric on your seats? ive also got a set of GT seats, drivers seat has a hole in but the passenger seat is fine, if you cant get the one from the scrappers then your always welcome to the one ive got :) mine is medium grey with light grey horizontal and vertical lines.

Eddi has done a similar thing on hers, we couldnt work out why her car always sat about 15mm lower than mine even tho it had stock suspension on, turns out the 195/50/15's she has are smaller than the standard 185/65/14's on my old bus. only a subtle drop but makes a difference! need...
