Funny how that tyre varies between E & F for fuel efficiency depending on where you buy them ,
On my old Audi I found that bridgestones knocked between 6-8mpg off the consumption compared to the c rated hankooks I had fitted afterwards.

Those Bridgestone tyres are showing as a E rating for fuel efficiency so they won't be the best for fuel economy.

I looked at The blacksmoke map a lot of people said it was nice and smooth but the trouble is you have to do it yourself ,
I haven't got a clue or the balls to start playing around with my ecu ,
I emailed blacksmoke to see if they offer a service where they can do it for me but they don't ,

Homework On who to do the remap ,
I've been told that I should get it done on a rolling road then that way it can be tailored to what I want ,

I still don't fancy the big expense of clutch and fly wheel again , I'm not bothered about big figures I just want a bit more grunt and mpg
time to do some more homework I think

on his website it shows the 180bhp peaks out at 420 (nm) torque

Does anyone know what kind of power and torque a standard clutch on a Passat tdi sport avf will take,
I'm looking at getting mine done but I'm not sure how far it can be pushed before it wrecks it ,

Anything over 30mph and mine use to whine like a bitch ,
have a good listen around the gear stick whilst your driving along , mine used to be really loud around that area, I can only describe the sound to being like a car in reverse driving backwards at speed ( that whiney type sound)
