I've got the rest of the week off work to ensure it's all done. Got to finish polishing the wheels, then do the painted bits (centre caps and bits between spokes). Then tyres can go on.

Also got a couple of other bits to finish... All will be revealed soon!!!

I completely agree with advertising passats... Mine is nowhere near the standard of yours and shazs but I hope it will get there one day... I've got enough ideas floating round in my head... Just need to get a bit more overtime to cover purchasing costs.

Either the top mount itself is gone but before paying out i'd check all of the nuts holding the top mount in place ad holding the damper in the centre of the top mount.

Dropped my wagon off at the bodyshop this morning.. Roll on Friday when I can pick it up and go nuts fitting bits and getting it clean before inters

The wheels won't be seen on the car until inters! :D Also it's in the bodyshop as of tomorrow until Friday morning so it's going to be a bit manic getting it all back together ready to leave for inters at 4pm(ish) next Friday. There's a few bits I'm doing that I've not me...

Unfortunately passats don't normally get a look in... Especially when you go to the big shows and you just get a bootboys/booted class.... Especially if Gareth Spillers vent turns up... Thanks guys, I'm quite happy with them so far... Got another week of fine tuning them while the cars in paint! They're not 100% perfect but getting there slowly just have to see what else I can get done before inters ;)

On a separate note my inters tickets and show and shine passes turned up today.

Mine are 8.5s and 9.5s. Hoping I won't need spacers but will get them finished and tyres on before I commit

Little update. Managed to scrape enough money together to get the bodywork done... Only downside they've got no way of fitting it in until the 20th of June and I'll get it back on the Thursday night ready to go to inters on the Friday! :shock: Talk about cutting it fine lol. But it's booked anyway :D
