yea as lee says, u need to heat up the glue or if u try to get them apart without doin so ull wreck the housing and the lense (like id did with a spare set i got ).

thay dont look to bad, ive seen another look-alike set on german ebay but they were £250.
im goin to keep an eye out for a second hand set of gen ones but if not ill be buyin a set like them by the end of the summer.

rite guys went bk to the stealer yesterday and talked to someone who know more than his name! and ud beta be settin down for this guys, its: 250 a headlight + 100 a set of bulbs + over 200 for the balast things to go on the bk needless to say i didnt ask bout indicators so ur talkin over a grand fro...

if it was me id have an S6 avant look the nuts. but then the phaeton is a good shout, for the money and for be differant.

well you can buy all red v6 ones from the stealers or even half red, half black ones (ie: black at the top, red at the bottom) i know as they sent me the half & half ones when i order all red to replace my broken ones!

as for induction id go for bmc if ur not willin to cut the box to do the coam mod. and exhusts are hard to cum buy, one of the other v6 onwers was sellin his a while bk other than that it a custom job i afraid.

cool, yea i was goin to wire them up with the wing mounted one untill i can aford to have them flushed out.
will them be a straight fit onto a b5 or will there be some moddin needed? and any idea how much the stealer would want for a set?

welcome to v6 ownership, and i had the same idea to pair my vr rado with a family v6 estate.

not sure if u need a hole w8 bumper or just the lowwer half, im sure ive seen it in a thread somwhere or one of the others will correct me in a min.

ive heard a few peolpe say that but ive had the v6 since aug 08 and this is the first time ive seen the oil drop at all, and i check it every 2wks when i give it the once over/clean?

rite ive been and got sum Synta Gold but b4 i went to put it in i had a thought, dose it matter if i mix the gold with the oil already in there? as i dont know what grade it is, whenive put oil in my old satt, rado or golfs its been as a sevice? so is it ok to mix grades and makes of oil?

so i shouldnt use the 10/40 ive got from when i had the 1.8T then?

i no its been done befor and theres a thread somwehere ive seen, but i cant find it. so could someone do me a link or just suggest some oil for my v6?
