OMG, what have I started. The light comes on intermittently with the beeper and is only warning that the ABS is no longer active. So what? I'm 41 years old and most of the cars I've owned never had ABS anyway. I also managed to compete very successfully in road rallies without this 'safety feature'...

A BSOD can be attributed to anything from an underpowered PSU to a poorly seated stick of RAM.

Without the error code, there's nothing we can do other than speculate.

Maybe he's just busy at work?

Double check the spigot rings are plastic and not metal and you're sorted.

Metal will eventually corrode and they'll end up stuck to your hub - complete PITA to remove.

Been on Passatworld/CB5 for 5 years now and it's still one of the only forums I post on daily. Wherever you go you're going to get faceless keyboard warriors - Vortex, ED38, online PC gaming, XBL, etc, etc - the knowledge on CB5 far outweighs the douchebags and even then there's hardly any of those....

Ant, check with your current employer (:D) that you're allowed to work another job - I think you are but always good to double check. Are you not too knackered to do more labour intensive work after a shift? Trouble with cleaning etc is that with the state of the country, most are doing it themselve...
