I remember seeing this passat for the first time in Belgium at a Mania a few years back, proper lowrider Where did you buy the bra from? Its even lower now :lol: :wink: I got the bra off "StrictlyVAG" on here, not sure where he got it from though, there are some on ebay at the moment that...

My Ex had a MK4 1.4 s Golf and hers did not have a fob, only keyed entry, it did have the roll down and the door LED to... So he wasnt being imaginative... 8) A tip, check the fuel lines, the fuel rail etc... as they have a tendency to leak and had major problems with my Ex's car regarding this, asw...

100% Legal, the legal problems are only caused when you have the front windows tinted... These cover the back half of the car... Which you can have as dark as you want. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE i.e. REMEMBER YOU CANT HAVE THE REAR WINDOW AS DARK AS YOU LIKE!!! THE LAW STILL STANDS THE SAME FOR THE REAR WI...

100% Legal, the legal problems are only caused when you have the front windows tinted... These cover the back half of the car... Which you can have as dark as you want.

Sounds like a plan!! 8) BUT how about moving it around each time, that way a few more people might be up for coming if that quarters one is closer to them!? IE. Dorking, Brighton, Eastbourne, Newhaven... It also means its not always the same people that have to travel a fair distance... ok ok eddie ...

Yer OE Sunshade are Privacy Styling (as on my Shades), They were orignally OE Sunshades but not sure why they changed name...
They are very helpful guys indeed, if you also mention about seeing them on my car, they might be super nice aswell as the discount...worth a shot!! :wink:

Looks Good!! (Not that im biased :wink: ) Did you have any problems with the back window ones not fitting 100%!? I find with mine that there is a slight gap at the bottom by the brake light... Since i have had mine in there is a huge amount of difference heat wise in the back and the car in general!!

I have a Reflex Silver Passat, as said before preparation does play a large part in the outcome...as a normal (ish) routine i wash it with AG Shampoo, then a coat of AG Resin Polish, Followed by AG Deep Shine (something like that) and then depending on how i feel i finish off with AG Aqua Wax... and...

Also, how would i get it auto close my mirrors, seeing as there isnt any motors? :D :P You would need to have folding mirrors already, i think on the b5 passat you had to turn a switch or press a button on the mirror adjuster (i might be wrong, but am sure i read that so...

Your Dodgey wiring!? Hahahahaha maybe just out of an idea, how has the head unit been wired in!? was it using the orignial connection/ISO convertor!? As i know sometimes people wire it in seperatly for some strange reason... (not that i can talk, mine is wired up seperately, but i have a reason!! lo...

In the Vag-com options try changing the Com port and run the test... Had to change mine from the default and all works fine now :)

Tyre Companies on Ebay... I found Avon ZZ3 215/35/18 all four for £290!!!! with fitting roughly at £40, that makes it £82.50 per tyre!! Compared to even tyre-shopper price of £105 a tyre...

Needless to say i was shocked, and beats the £130 a tyre i have been paying before!! :lol:
