I have just fitted some saloon seats to the wife's estate. I need some plastic clips that hold the front of the rear seat cushion in place.

Please could someone either give me the part number or the diagram for the parts, that would be great.

Apex! That's the make we had. Ran them for three years on our 5.5 and they never featured as problematic.

I would not recommend air unless you want to be continually chasing air leaks and replacing bushes.

Most people just go for coilovers. You don't have to wind them all the way down, and can get the ride just as you require. Springs are OK, I had 40mm lowering springs on our B5.5. Good call, but the T25 can wear pretty much most wheels and still rock hard. I like them on the Twists. I parked my B3 next to a T25 crew cab, complete with the canvas back. Golf+ has always been kind to us through the years. I do prefer it to PVW as it doesn't seem as clicky. Surely there are only so many plugs for Regal before it become too nauseating ..........

Still a nice choice. Mine had D90's on in a previous life and looked the dogs danglies I think the D90's are one of the best looking wheels for the B3.
