I'd leave that well alone. The reason that Revo, Custom Code, Superchips etc are much more expensive is development. They are proven to work and are reliable. The only safe way IMO to upgrade a 1.8T is with a proper re-map from a pro. There are many lesser known places that can give similar reuslts....

My trip computer is only 1-2 mpg out. It is no less accurate than before the remap.

Remapped cars still measure the amount of fuel injected, where ones with tuning boxes dont due to the box confusing the signal from the ecu.

The one in the pics looks like an early Mk4 Golf.
