Re: Installing a FLI sub and amp
Obviously you'll need to lift the plastic still covers to hide the cables and run to the front, just take your time and you'll be fine.

Re: Installing a FLI sub and amp
I've got a Fli sub/amp in my Pashat, I'll take a few pics of the wiring tomorrow if you like. I've run the main power cable through behind the dash on the drivers side and out through into the black ecu box that suits under the windscreen scuttle on the drivers side. Then it runs out of there direct...

Have you cleaned out the groove that runs along the base of the windscreen? Maybe it needs a good stiff brush running along out etc...

I haven't mentioned you are the seller, I'm not getting into t1t for tat. I've got nothing to prove I was just venting because of my frustration.
I look forward to receiving the bumper.

It's not even a company, no company I hope would believe it's up to the buyer to sort out wrapping etc.
It's a painted bumper too..

Not from eBay, which is why I'm even more annoyed. They have told me that they clearly believe it's down to the buyer to make sure the item is packaged or wrapped. WTF

Seriously! Sending a bumper unwrapped!
I've been having some issues buying and organising collection of a front bumper, finally I believe it has been picked up (although the courier has stated that it was inadequately packaged on their tracking details) and they have refused to collect. And now the seller has the balls to say to me that ...

Re: Lows advice....
Top mounts are worth changing, as the units will be out anyway so best time to change them, do a job right do it once etc. Track rod ends are cheap enough to change at the same time and again whilst it's all in pieces and you are to get the tracking done then yes, change them too. At least you will ...

Re: Best Budget Brakes?
I'm doing my rears this weekend, I plan to clamp the hose and use the bleed nipple to release the pressure when winding back. Release the clamp when jobs done and a quick bleed.

Re: Cambelt change help
Some garages can be funny about guaranteeing any work done using customer supplied parts, have you asked them? Well I first phoned for a regular price then phoned back 20 mins later and asked for a price just for labour if I supply the parts and she quoted me so I guess they are ok with it Then you...
